I enjoy using this app as it helps me encourage myself to keep up with my program. Sharing a quick dialogue daily also makes the exercise part of my day.
I seriously love this app! I stumbled upon it while I was looking up apps that interface with Apple Watch. For me, its the interaction with my personal "LARK" that makes all the difference. I feel like Im texting with a real person when I check in (am I??). LARK provides me with gentle encouragement as I log my meals (which is very easy to do), and gives interesting comments about how to make my meals healthier (amongst other useful information). For example "you could add a veggie to that to make it healthier" - okay, I know that, but to have this app text me and say, "hey good for you for enjoying that cannelloni, if you threw in a salad it would have been even better..".. Its the kind of comment that works for me. And of course, the more I log the more it learns about me - "hey way to go, youve had three healthy meals in a row!". Similarly for activity tracking - "wow youve been active for 50 minutes already, thats more than you usually do by this time on a weekday!". It just makes me feel good, and motivates me to keep up the good stuff, because I look forward to my "way to go"s from LARK! I jumped in to using the "pro" version right away, but the free version will give you decent feedback too. Note that this app is brilliant without an Apple Watch - really all the watch part does for me is to remind me to check in. Everything really happens on your iPhone. Ive ditched my other food and activity tracking apps, this is the one that does it all for me.
I love this app. Lark reminds you to eat healthy and work out, gives you lots of great tips and I have to say, it feels good getting recognition even if its from a computer lol.
I like the recognition I get when I work toward my goals. I also like the way the app talks to me, and tells me info.

Lark is a great app. It feels more personal than any other weight loss apps Ive dealt with.
First off, I would rate this app 4stars. It works very well, but I am a vegan and I cant tell it that. Please fix!!!!!!!!!
I subscribed, the app froze up constantly. I cancelled via email. They are still charging me!!!!! Do not buy.
I like the app but when it asked what I ate for dinner i said spaghetti and tomato sauce with tofu meatballs. The response was that I was eating a fatty food and automatically suggest I was eating red meat.
I like the app and what its capable of but $20 a month for the full features is a bit bunch.
I wish it could connect to my Fitbit
I find this app good at keeping you encouraged, motivated, and supporting you on diet, exercise and sleep. I use this along with some other apps that I like but I like checking in with this app to keep me motivated and offer support and a pat on the back. Its like having a life coach and a friend to encourage you.
Today I hiked Onoko mountain falls for 4 hours no stopping slow and steady with my phone in my pack and my Iwatch on the whole time but Lark said I was only active today for a total of 50 mins. That is what I have struggled with since trying this app. Dont waste your time because it just simply doesnt work. I have an iwatch and an IPhone 6 Plus and Lark barely picks up my activity. Then it tells me good job ha it is clueless. Im giving up on it and you should not even try it.
I love the concept but the basic version just isnt what Im looking for. It doesnt take into account what type of job you have (sedentary) or really give you a chance to talk to it. Most of the responses are there already. I love the concept though but it just isnt for me and I dont want to pay $20/month for the premium.

This app is great. It tells you how much sleep you get, and how much daily activity you get each day. I just wish that the original Lark would have more features. The Lark pro has more features and I cant afford to pay $19.99 every month. However, it has great features as well! It has a food tracking feature, weight loss feature, and much more that I got to try out my first day of using Lark. I would recommend this app to anyone who is willing to pay $19.99 a month for Lark pro. It is more useful. I dont use it, like I said, but I still think that you only need Lark pro if you are looking to lose weight. I am, but not as severely. Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoy the app if you get it.
Impossible to beat! A real live comical coach by your side and on your side always. Lark app can actually turn me from being a coach potato to an avid fitness professional. Dont try to sneak in a few extra calories, salt, sugar or you will be caught and whipped into the correct frame of mind for losing weight. Lark is a fantastic app!
It cost around 20 bucks per month and I think its too much for this.
