I really like the sleep tracking feature, feels better than leaving your phone charged next to your head all night without sacrificing accuracy too much. It could use a bit more features and stats but its still great.
I tried it for not very long, but the concept is interesting and its totally different from other app. trying a different approach is good, for once. and the advices are really useful.
Lark reminds me to eat sometimes when I am working too much. Tracks and combines my logs from other apps, which I find helpful. Points out the things I may notice looking at one app at a time. May apps do not track sleep like this one does, I enjoy that too. Over all, sweet app!

This app provides great encouragement for those trying to create a healthy lifestyle. It leaves the numbers to other apps and focuses on the quality of the users exercise, sleep and dietary habits.
Love the app! But, on my phone it seems to lagging and crashing A LOT! Please fix!
Its the only health app that has actually worked for me. Lark and I chat daily and she tells me how Im doing, encourages me and keeps me at my best!
I love that this app guides me towards better foods and behaviors, while tracking activity and whatnot. I do wish, however... 1) it would give guidance about portion sizes! 2) it would allow "meal notes," or some sort of system to keep track of location, emotions, etc. It is still my favorite app, by far.
I love that I can use with my Apple Watch and phone it trys to make conversation and thats pretty great too!

They updated the app and now it works smoothly on both my iPhone and my Apple Watch!! I am very happy with it
