Ive been using it for months now and all I can say is that it has truly helped me, as in tracking my activity levels, sleeping hours, and food intake.

Lark is a good app. So far Im happy with it. Its like my little personal trainer.
The app has a ways to go in terms of being fully functional but is still in a good spot. It is pretty good at realizing if your meals are healthy or not and gives good advice. Its a fun and encouraging app and itll be neat to see how it develops.
Great app. I like how it talks to me and provides an answer. It a real time saver. Not pushy about joining the pay part.
I have Been using this app for a couple of months and I have been enjoying it a lot it helps me track down my steps and also it has been helping to know the foods that are unhealthy and healthy that u really did even know . I recommend this app to anyone . Go ahead a try it is great !
Very good app.. Tracks your activity continuously and gives a continuous feedback.. Helps to compare the activities and gives a feel for how things are going.l am Really liking it... Also tracks ur sleeping time too..
Has help me to see how good or bad I am eating, and of course if the exercise I make, is enough or not day by day

The activity tracker is pretty accurate and has a playful interface that is encouraging but low pressure if a face to face trainer or nutritionist gives you anxiety. The limited options to track sleep and meals is a nice bonus even without the Pro upgrade.
This app is great for reminding you to eat right and exercise. I doesnt require you to log in and keep track of your calories, which I dont like about other apps. It asks what you ate and discusses your choices with you. It will log your exercise time if you keep your device on you when you walk/run. It also keeps track of your sleep time which is helpful and interesting. Overall a great app to nudge you along in your lifestyle change.
